If it didn´t solve it then i had the option of letting them carry out a full diagnosis at the quoted hourly rate. He said they could do the adaption and see if it solved the issue and they´d do that for 'about' 60 euro. After i explained the situation to the service 'associate' he told me their labour fee´s, almost in a manner to suggest that 'Sir may wish to use the tradesman´s entrance on his way out!'

I had thought i´d get more from the main dealer experience but it wasn´t to be.
